Premium Account Not Showing?

If your premium account is not appearing, please follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Use the Manifest UI Interface: Ensure you are using the Manifest UI interface, which is our new and most updated interface. This interface is designed to provide the best user experience and access to all premium features.

  2. Log Out and Log In Again: Sometimes, simply logging out of your account and logging back in can refresh your account status and display the premium features.

  3. Check Your Subscription Status: Verify that your premium subscription is active. You can check this in your account settings under the subscription or billing section.

  4. Update Your Software: Ensure that you have the latest version of the Volumio software. An outdated version might not support the latest features and interfaces.
