How to enable TEST MODE?

You can do beta testing of new unofficial software releases by enabling the TEST MODE

  • Type the local address of Volumio device inside the addresse bar of the web browser, adding /dev at the end

i.e : volumio.local/dev OR 192.168.x.x/dev

  • Click on TEST MODE TRUE button

  • Come back to the User Interface

 

You are now ready to download beta test updates from SYSTEM MENU

 

Note: remember to follow the same flow and disable the TEST MODE (click on TEST MODE FALSE button) to avoid automatic beta build downloads
